Registration for HASC, Inc. courses and services can be made via faxed forms or online registration in the Members Only Extranet. Some classes and assessments have special procedures. Registration forms are available under the Forms button.

The HASC, Inc. fax number is (281) 476-9936. Faxed registration forms are accepted between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. HASC, Inc. forms are revised often, so please be certain to print the current version.

Registration Deadlines

The deadline for faxed or mailed registration forms is 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the course. Please do not send students before 7:30 a.m. when you have not met the registration deadline the day before. After 7:30 a.m. we will attempt to accommodate individuals with late registrations. There is no deadline for online registrations, however you must allow ample time for your employees to check-in prior to class.

Online Registration

Online Registration for HASC, Inc. Members is now available from our Members Only Extranet.  The HASC Extranet allows your company to interact with HASC via the internet 24/7 to register trainees, drop class registrations, verify training histories, run company training reports and print e-RoutingCards for eligible trainees.

If you are already an HASC, Inc. Member, you may complete our New User Application to obtain a username and password or contact HASC, Inc. Customer Relations.

To become an HASC, Inc. Member, complete our Online Membership Application. Membership entitles your company to discounted pricing for many classes, a lower annual fee to the PQF Database, billing privileges, secure online registration through the Extranet with the option for e-RoutingCards, access to the Gatecheck application, and training reports.

Registration Instructions

HASC, Inc. Standard Registration Form

Visit the Training page for schedules, descriptions and instructions for each class. Contacts for Owner Site-Specifics are included in the description for Site-Specific classes. Exceptions to Owner site requirements must be approved by the Owner site contact person in writing to HASC, Inc.

Use a separate registration form for each class day.

PRINT the student’s name on the registration form one time. List all of the training for that individual by the student’s name. If a class is held more than one time per day, indicate the desired class time.

Spanish and Verbal Assistance requests must be processed through the Training Department. Ensure that the plant or job site will allow training in Spanish, then contact the HASC, Inc. Training Manager for special arrangements.

Registration Changes/Cancellations

HASC, Inc. registrations will be considered active for 3 days or until they are cancelled by the registering company. HASC, Inc. employees cannot alter any registration. We will not drop courses at the student's request. The company must resubmit the registration form indicating that they wish to cancel or drop a registration. Note that HASC, Inc. does not charge for ‘No-Shows’.

A member company can cancel a registration online at anytime prior to attendance by going to the Members Only Extranet and using the “Check Trainee Status” feature. In this feature you will see the trainee’s schedule and a blue ‘Cancel’ link. Clicking on the ‘Cancel’ link will take the course out of the trainee’s schedule and he/she will not be able to attend class.  

If changes need to be made to a manual registration, make changes and write "REVISED", then fax to (281) 476-9936. Again, note that if the trainee has already checked into class, the registration cannot be dropped.

HAZWOPER Refreshers and Upgrades

Students will not be allowed to attend the 8-hour HAZWOPER Refresher training or the 24 to 40-hour HAZWOPER Upgrade without proof of current HAZWOPER training. Please send a copy of current certificate with the registration form. If students arrive for class and proof of current training has not been received, they will be asked to reschedule.

NCCER Craft Skills Assessment Registration

NCCER Craft Skills Assessments are managed by the Houston Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Registration, pricing and information is available by telephone from the Houston Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Contact at 281-478-3900 or visit www.abchouston.org

NCCER Assessments are available from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday-Friday at HASC, Inc.

Respiratory Program (Fit Testing) Information Form

A Respiratory Program Information Form is required with each registration for Fit Testing. Always provide alternate respirators when sending a student for Fit Testing. Sign the waiver at the bottom if you are waiving the Respiratory training or the Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT).

Payments and Billing

HASC accepts MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER CARD for payment. Contact the Accounting Department for information.

Non-Member companies must pay for training and services via company check, cash, or credit card prior to receipt of services. HASC, Inc. does not accept personal checks.

Changes to billing procedures for HASC, Inc. Members must be received in writing by the HASC, Inc. Accounting Department.
